French Kiss Caffè Latte

"A romantic latte"

• Ingredients: 5

ingredients

• 1⁄2 1/2 ounce Baileys Irish Cream or 1/2 ounce Kahlua
• 1⁄2 ounce caramel syrup or 1/2 ounce Cointreau liqueur
• 4 ounces steamed milk
• 2 ounces hot fresh espresso or 2 ounces strong coffee
• whipped cream

directions

1. Pour the syrups into two stemmed warmed glass mugs.
2. Add the steamed milk, but do not stir.
3. Add the espresso to the milk mixture.
4. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
5. Serve with a kiss.

The combination of liqueurs is very nice, but in a drink this small the amount of liqueur was very strong. To make a nice sized portion, it could have used more steamed milk as well. Nice concept- just needs some tweaking. Thanks for posting. ~Sue
