I made this to serve with Roast Beef Salad #44435 & the recipe was wonderful. This made quite a bit so I will halve it next time. The flavor was good the first day but was better the next day when I ate the rest of the salad. As with most dressings, this was simple and quick to make. Why does anyone buy bottled dressing?

First of all, thank you so much for this outstanding dressing! I remember making this as a very young and in-experienced child. Let's just say many years ago and leave it at that!LOL!I was actually looking for a different dressing when I saw this. I thought to myself "I wonder?" So I made it and it's so very good. I saw the ketchup in the ingredients and was hoping it was the one. It sure is!The one I made as a child didn't call for blending, but this stays emulsified. As usual with most dressings, it's even better the next day. Thanks again!
