  • Insert steel blade, mince onion, using pulse. Add cheese & shrimp & continue to process until smooth.Add rest of ingredients. Process until smooth. Remove & chill. Serve with crackers.

    Made for your Football Pool win, I halved this recipe & made only 1 minor chg by adding Old Bay Seasoning that I esp favor using w/shrimp recipes. This is an ingredient & prep-friendly recipe that I made even easier by using my hand-blender in a lrg wide-mouth jar for the prep. Served w/Ritz crackers & some veggie dippers, it was a tasty snack for DH & I as watched the football scores on the internet. Thx for posting this recipe & Congrats on your win. :-)
