Made this little horseradish recipe for our "Bev Cook-a-Thon". It turned out great! Served it with Rump Roast. Very creamy, tangy, and, a nice addition to dinner. Tis easy to mix up, chill, and get to the table. Bet it would go especially good with corned beef!! Sure gonna give it a try!! Thanks for posting, Bev...It's a winner with us!! Laudee
