DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly grease two 3 inch x 5 inch mini loaf pans.
  • In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients. You can either hand mix or use an electric mixer. Mix until smooth.
  • Divide batter equally between the pans. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaves comes out clean. Let cool before slicing/serving.
