- 9 inches graham cracker crust
- 15 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon red food coloring
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 pint sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
directions
- Put egg yolks in large bowl of mixer and beat well.
- Beat in the lemon juice, rind and vanilla.
- Add the milk slowly.
- Blend in the coloring and pour into crust.
- Bake in 325* oven for 20 minutes.
- Top with 1/2 pint sourcream mixed with 1 Tbsp sugar.
- Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
- Return to oven for 5 more minutes, chill well before serving.
