DIRECTIONS

  • Put everything in a bowl and mix together till combined to a dough. If you find it too sticky add a little more flour, too dry more yoghurt.
  • Split the dough into equal portions. This amount makes 8 small or 4 large flatbreads.
  • Lightly oil a pre heated frying pan. Using your hands, gently stretch the portions of dough (there's no right or wrong size).
  • Gently fry each bread on either side until golden brown. They go with anything, enjoy :).
