Easy No-Sugar Cheesecake

- 1⁄3 ounce sugar-free lemon gelatin (small box)
- 1 cup hot water
- 8 ounces cream cheese (light)
- 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 cup Cool Whip (sugar free)
- 9 inches pie crusts
directions
- Mix jello with cup of hot water and chill in freezer for 15 minutes.
- Softened cream cheese on counter for 10 minutes.
- In blender, put in softened cream cheese and chilled jello with splenda and blend.
- Pour mixture in big bowl and fold in cool whip. Don't mix it too much just slowly fold it around.
- Pour mixture into pie crust and even it out.
- Cover pie and put in freezer for 2 hours. Then transfer pie to botton fridge and let set overnight.
- You may serve the slice of cheesecake with whipped topping. Enjoy!
