I can not knead bread and have it turn out right so was anxious to give this recipe a try. It is very good bread and I had no trouble making it at all. Next time I will have to make two loaves as one didnt stick around very long. Thank you TattooedMama for posting! Made and reviewed for Pick A Chef Spring 2009.
This is a wonderful and very easy recipe. I make it all the time, never buy
bread anymore. It is wonderful toasted or for a sandwich. Even tho it does
not rise much on top I can't believe how easy and quick it is.
You can add nuts or craisons also.
I spray a piece of saran wrap to put over top of bread when rising, otherwise the towel
sticks.
