  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 3 cups whole wheat penne, cooked, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar pasta sauce
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 12 cup part skimmed mozzarella cheese, shredded

directions

  • heat oven to 375°F.
  • Brown meat in a large skillet; drain. Add Pasta sauce and Parmesan; mix well.
  • Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish; top with mozzarella. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
  • SUBSTITUTE: You can substitute Italian sausage for the ground beef.
  • SPECIAL EXTRA: Brown meat with 1 teaspoons Italian seasoning and 3 cloves garlic, minced.

Simple and easy to make, I used regular noodles for this and the best part is you can substitute any shape pasta you want in (wonderful for picky toddlers like mine) I also did not measure the cheese for the same reason the previous reviewer stated ( there is never too much mozz cheese :) ) My family of picky eaters is a huge fan of this simple delicious meal.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
