  • Heat just a tad bit of oil in the frying pan and throw in the sliced onions and bell peppers let them start to cook.
  • Throw in the sliced chicken breasts then sprinkle everything with 1/2 packet of any taco seasoning.
  • Cook until onions are translucent and chicken is cooked through.
  • Dish into tortillas with sliced avacado, beans ( I like the ranch style beans from a can), cheese, lettuce, tomatos, whatever you like.
