- 1⁄4 cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1 red onion
- 1⁄2 cucumber
- 4 tablespoons canned corn
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 50 g pickled ginger
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
directions
- Chop cabbage finely, salt and mash.
- Grate carrots.
- Cucumber cut into strips.
- Onion cut into half rings.
- Add corn.
- Pour lemon juice.
- Ginger cut into small pieces.
- Mix everything with salt and season with oil.
