Easy Cool Whip Cake Cookies

"My mother found this recipe years ago and it's so easy to make and great tasting!"

• Ingredients: 4
• Yields: 3 dozen cookies

ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) box of any flavor cake mix
• 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
• 1 egg
• powdered sugar

directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix the cake mix, egg and cool whip together until the batter is smooth. It will be a very sticky batter.
3. Spoon amount into bowl of powder sugar coating evenly.
4. Place on an ungreased cookie tray.
5. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Ovens may vary and cookies may look slightly moist on top, the bottoms will be a slight golden brown.
