- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 (8 ounce) Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls, dough sheets

Cinnamon Sugar Mixture:
- Combine 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.

Filling:
- With a hand mixer, beat the 4 bricks of softened cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla and beat until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Assembly:
- Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon/sugar mix evenly in the bottom of the pan.
- Unroll the dough and carefully place into the pan on top of the cinnamon/sugar mix. Squish or fold the edges of the dough to make it fit in the pan.
- Spread the cream cheese mix evenly over the dough.
- Unroll the second can of dough and place on top of the filling.
- Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon/sugar mix on top of the dough and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until light brown.
- Let it cool before covering and placing in the fridge to fully set.
