"This recipe is awesome because of its simplicity and great flavor! PS - It can also be an OAMC recipe, just freeze it in a couple of large ziploc bags after you mix it all together, thaw overnight, and follow the baking instructions listed."

  1. My family really liked it. I used legs and thighs and it was very good. Nor-man

  2. This was extremely easy to make. I used an entire Rotisserie chicken minus the skin and used two 8 oz pkgs of elbow macaroni instead of spaghetti. It turned out great and can feed a small army.

  3. This was a great recipe!!! Fast and very easy. I used a grocery store rotisserie chicken (minus the skin) which made the recipe even easier. I did include the mushrooms. My family loved the flavor and the leftovers! Thank you for sharing this recipe.

  4. Recipe is great and fast. I used 2 cans of cream of chicken soup due to our dislike of mushrooms. It makes a lot!! I still have left overs. Very tasty!

  5. We really enjoyed this, the spicy Rotel is spot on! Not too hot, and it's so easy to put together!! I cooked diced chicken breast in olive oil, onion flakes. Then added soups, cheese, and cooked noodles. Simple!
