  1. Good and easy. Parts of it turned out almost crepe-like, and other parts were more the texture of quiche. Great recipe to if you have Bisquick on hand.

  2. Excellent and easy. I added chopped Canadian bacon and even the kids ate it!

  3. This was WONDERFUL!!! I am going to make with other veggies next time. Also, will try without the Bisquick to lower the carb count. Thanks for the easy and great recipe!

  4. I made this for Easter morning brunch. I doubled the recipe. I also used fresh broccoli instead of frozen. It was wonderful. I will be keeping this one in my book. Thanks for sharing! Fast and easy too!

  5. I like this recipe! Try it sometime with fresh asparagus!! (steamed until tender-crisp before adding) It also works well with fresh spinach!

OK lets see...My name is Diane and I'm married to a wonderful guy -- going on 20 years. We have 2 kids -- 1 daughter and 1 son a 70lb german shepard, a fat cat and a very snobby cat! I work a couple of days a week in the Loop and the rest of my time is spent sitting at the kids sporting events. I love to try new recipes. Luckily, hubby will try just about anything. The kids aren't so eager about that, but are generally very good sports about it!
