Easy Baked Apricot Chicken

- 12 chicken thighs
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1 cup French dressing
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a medium bowl combine the jam, dressing and soup mix. Mix together.
- Place chicken pieces in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour apricot mixture over chicken and bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes.

Thighs might very well be good in this recipe, but I used my usual chicken breasts, & the breasts turned out GREAT! We really liked the combo of apricot, dressing & onion mix (even if I did use only 3/4 of the mix)! EASY TO MAKE & VERY TASTY! Will be doing this one again!
