- 3 1⁄2 cups biscuit mix
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 2⁄3 cups beer
directions
- Combine all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and mix until well blended.
- Spoon into muffin tin (12 count) that has been lightly sprayed with non-stick coating or lined with muffin liners.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until light brown.
