  1. I found these cookies very dry and not sweet at all, nor could I taste the peanut butter. I used natural peanut butter. The directions did not say to pack the brown sugar, so I did not. Could that have been the reason they were not sweet?
  2. I am a baker and I was looking for a good dessert to serve my dieting and diabetic customers. I made these cookies and much to my surprise they disappeared quickly
  3. Being diabetic i am always on the hunt for great diabetic recipes for meals and sweets. This turned out really great and i loved the taste. Will try them again for sure. Thanks for posting.
  4. my mother is a diabetic and plays cards with seniors. Some are also diabetics and are not thought of when it comes to the dessert table. This came in handy. Double the batch and away they go.

<img src="http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j166/ZaarNicksMom/PACsticker-Adopted.jpg"> I live north of Toronto, Canada and I love to cook. I can spend hours browsing through cookbooks. Now with Recipe Zaar, I browse online to my heart's content. I'm diabetic so my focus tends to be on sugar-free or diabetic friendly. I like all kinds of cuisine but I have to admit I'm not all that adventurous with foods I have never tasted before. I'm trying though!
