  1. These are FANTASTIC. Even my Dad and fiance- who like to criticize my "healthy" eating habits liked them. I used whole grain flour too and they were still really moist and nummy! These are my go to snack to save me from eating cake and candy! I made them with mini muffin pans. It made 44 mini muffins so I figure each one has about 40 calories!

  2. I love how this was low fat & a great way to use those bananas that ripened way faster than I thought they would!! I used cinnamon for the pumpkin spice & no salt. I used 1/3 cup (each) of Splenda & Splenda brown sugar, and mini chocolate chips (about 1/3 cup). I think I over-mixed the batter, because the loaf rose w/ "cracks" but my husband still said it was moist & yummy. I also think this would look a bit better in an 8 inch loaf pan; the loaf seemed kind of "flat." Baking time was pretty right on. Thanks for sharing!

  3. This was probably the best banana bread I have made yet and it was good for me since I am on Weight Watchers. I probably could have even used egg substitute instead of the eggs.
