Cucumbers With Easy Dressing

"My mom always made something similar using evaporated milk, but I almost like this more (sorry Mom)."

• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 cup light mayonnaise
• 1⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄4 cup vinegar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 4 cups sliced cucumbers (I prefer seedless English cucumbers)

directions

1. In a bowl, combine mayonaisse, sugar, vinegar and salt by using a whisk (blend this well).
2. Add cucumbers and stir to coat.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

I am not a huge fan of raw cucumbers; when added to salads I pick them out...but, I also never had an English cucumber before! This has a milder taste and with the dressing they are very tasty! Made for I Recommend Tag.

Made for Gimme 5 Tag. We love cucumbers and we liked this quite a bit.I would lessen the sugar by half if I made it again.I also added some fresh cracked pepper on the top when I served it.
