"Wonderful snack for anyone who likes vinegar, onions and garlic! This recipe is only for one cucumber, adjust quantity as desired."

  • Put cucumbers, garlic, and onion in a bowl.
  • Pour in vinegar and water until covering cucumbers, at a 3-1 ratio between vinegar and water.
  • (3parts vinegar for every part water).
  • Allow to marinate overnight before serving.

  1. This is the only way to eat cucumbers in vinegar!!!! (why add sugar to a perfectly good pickle?) My husband loves this recipe now that he is on a low salt diet.

  3. This is a great cucumber dish. I have made cucumbers similar to this but I never marinated them overnight. This is a great make-ahead dish for when you have company. We really enjoy these, Shjya, thanks for sharing.
