- 1 avocado, peeled and destoned
- 3 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce or 1 dash pepper sauce
- lemon juice
- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- 1⁄2 cup bean sprouts
- 1 lettuce, shredded
- fresh ground black pepper
directions
- Mash the avocado, sun dried tomatoes and Tabasco together. Squeeze in a little lemon juice to taste. Place the avocado mash on the tortilla, then the bean sprouts and lettuce, and pepper to taste, and roll the wrap.
