Crock Pot Turkey With White Beans

"I got this on another site, but don't remember which one. It is a really good and easy and healthy recipe that uses a crock pot with excellent results. Good enough for company. Great with a crusty bread and green salad."

  • Place beans, tomatoes with their juice, artichokes, onion and garlic in slow cooker.
  • Lay turkey breasts on top.
  • Sprinkle with sage, rosemary, black pepper and salt.
  • Pour white wine over top.
  • Cover.
  • Cook on low for 5-7 hours.
