Crock Pot Easiest Ever Kielbasa Hoagies

- 3 lbs kielbasa
- 1 lb sauerkraut (drained, rinsed)
- 12 ounces applesauce (do not use flavored style)
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer or (12 ounce) bottle beer
directions
- Mix together sauerkraut and applesauce and put in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Cut the kielbasa into serving-size pieces and place it on top of the sauerkraut.
- Pour the beer over all and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
- If you are at home while this dish is cooking, feel free to give it a stir now and then.
- Serve it on long hard rolls with a side salad or your fav veggie casserole. maybe even boiled or mashed pots.
