DIRECTIONS

  • Make the eggs, cornflour and salt into a batter.
  • Coat the strips of beef in this batter.
  • Turn the wok onto high heat and fry the beef for 2 minutes.
  • Serve with plum sauce or sweet and sour sauce or any sauce you desire.
