ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 lb crayfish tail, cleaned
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon mint
- 3⁄4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1⁄2 cup tomato sauce
- 1⁄4 cup white wine
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
directions
- Brown ground beef in a saucepan.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- I like to use white kidney beans in this recipe for the contrast of color and it doesn't effect the flavor.
