1 hair shine treatment
ingredients
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- water, as required
directions
- Shampoo your hair as usual and lightly condition it.
- Pour cranberry juice over your hair.
- Work into hair from scalp to ends.
- Quickly rinse with cool water.
- Never use too hot water over your hair.
- Always remember, like your skin can't bear anything too hot{eg: hot water}, likewise the hair too cant bear hot water as it leaves the root of the hair follicle open.
- Pat dry gently.
- Dont be rough with your hair ever.
- Be kind to it and it'll always look beautiful!

I don't think I really noticed a big difference! My hair is a light/medium brown...so it might be just for the really dark brown hair. I might have to try it a couple of times to see if there is a change. -

ive used vinegar but ive never thought of cranbery juice thanks for posting all the hair stuff its like going to a spa lol dee
