"My mom makes these every year at Christmas time! Yummy! She got the recipe from one of her dear friends Barbara Radant and it can also be found in the Southern Living Annual Recipes 1983. These are excellent at a Christmas party or wedding or baby shower!"

  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 1 (5 ounce) jar sharp processed cheese spread
  • 14 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 12 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 6 English muffins, split and cut into quarters
  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well.
  • Spread onto each muffin quarter.
  • Broil 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
