- 1⁄2 cup steak sauce
- 1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons horseradish
- 1 1⁄2 lbs sirloin steaks, cut in 1 inch cubes
directions
- Blend steak sauce, barbecue sauce and horseradish together.
- Add beef cubes to marinade and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes or use metal skewers.
- Grill over medium heat for 5-10 minutes turning occasionally until desired doneness.

I used this on kabobs I made from cubes of "beef stew meat". I used minced garlic since I didn't have any horseradish and this was just fantastic! I get frustrated with the bottled marinades because they don't impart enough flavor to the meat. This is a recipe I can remember without looking it up, so until I find a recipe for a more "homemade" marinade, I'm sticking with this! I had some friends over and they and my husband really loved the kabobs!!!
