- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons margarine
- 1⁄2 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 garlic, colve minced
- 3⁄4 cup low-sodium tomato paste
- 4 cups macaroni
- 1 1⁄4 cups water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 cups low-fat low-sodium cottage cheese
- 1⁄3 cup grated parmesan cheese
directions
- Saute mushrooms, onions, celery, and garlic in margarine in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Combine sauteed vegetables, marjoram, tomato paste, macoroni, water, salt, and sugar.
- Put half of macoroni mixture in slow cooker,or casserole dish.
- Top with 1 cup cottage cheese, half of parmesan cheese, and half of the parsley.
- Repeat layers.
- Cover, and cook on high in the slow cooker for 4-5 hours, or bake in the oven until done.

Will make no adjustments. <br />3 stars - good, might consider an adjustment <br />2 stars- Okay- will make adjustment <br />1 star- debatable I will make again, would with right adjustment <br />0 stars - Will not attempt again.</p>
