  1. I made these according to the directions and the batter was really thick. I had to keep adding ingredients. I don't think that I'd make them again.
  2. excellent
  3. I dont know what went wrong with the other reviewers, but these were great! I used a white whole wheat flour and canola oil applesauce for the butter, as well as some stale vector cereal I had hanging around for the cornflakes. These were so yummy; great flavour, and crispy. I'll make again next time I have some stale cereal.
  4. The taste is good, like a whole grain waffle but the recipe needed some tweaking. I added some sugar and some vanilla to make it taste better. Definatly need another cup of milk or it is so thick you can't pour it onto your waffle iron.
  5. I also made this according to the directions and it came out perfect. I don't know what the other people's problems were, maybe they need to read the recipe carefully. My husband and kids loved it. Now I have to make it every Saturday morning for them!

Very busy nanny/au pair, working for a very rich and snooty family, in a very large home, in a very snooty village. Just in case my employer comes here, please don't ask where I am from, or I'll be sacked like the last nanny was. ;-) I take care of 4 gorgeous, and darling kids. 3 girls and a boy. The boy is the youngest (and my favorite). They are great children, very, very active. (Hyper) I love to cook. I guess that's a given, why else would I be here. Part of my job is also to prepare meals for the family. The more they like my food, the longer I get to stay. (just a little joke) On my day off, I usually go out to the cinema or some dance clubs with the other au pairs in this town. That's about it I think.
