DIRECTIONS

  • Melt butter & saute, shallots, capsicums & corn, cook for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add cream & salt & pepper.
  • Pour mixture into an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with cheese & parsley.
  • Bake at 180.C for approx 15 minutes.
