This is a must for everyone who is short on time but long on hungry people! It is easy because of the oil, so the process goes quickly. it also uses extra goodies that you have around your kitchen, as substitutions work very well. I substituted granola, rice krispies, pecans, raisons and they taste great and are crispy. I added a little extra due to the rice krispies being so airy, so when the dough feels less sticky, it's right! You can use the beater for the first ingrediants, and then even stirring in the final ingrediants wasn't hard on my arthritic hands! You can also half the dough, put for example chocolate chips etc. in one half, and raisons in the other. I also baked them for at least 15 minutes, as we like them lightly browned.
