- 16 ounces frozen collard greens, thawed
- 1 1⁄4 ounces Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
directions
- In a medium bowl, combine collards with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and chill at least two hours to blend flavors.

My husband and I love to cook - and it shows ;)
Grew up in North Carolina, married a wonderful guy from South Carolina but to make the cooking more interesting, we moved to Colorado.
