- 1 1⁄2 lbs asparagus
- 3⁄4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- pepper
directions
- Blanch asparagus.
- Arrange in oblong serving dish.
- Mix oil, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar. Pour over asparagus.
- May be prepared the night before.
- Sprinkle with pecans and pepper before serving.
