"A simple treat for those who love iced coffee. Plan ahead for this one as you need to let the mixture blend then cool before serving, not included in Prep time."

  1. Yummy. I never buy coffee drinks because who needs a $5/day habit? So I pretended I splurged. I thought about crushing ice, but just used cubes.

  2. LOVED this coffee. It's so cinnamony and delicious that I will be making it again. I've normally had hot coffee's with cinnamon but never thought of making it iced! Well, I will now. I think it's important to make the coffee on the stronger side so as not to have the ice wash it out. A real winner here. Thank you Momaphet for sharing. Made it for 2019 Susie's World Tour, Italy, Team Sue Chefs.

  3. What a wonderful treat! I just made enough for myself with my Tassimo coffeemaker and proportioned the other ingredients accordingly. Didn't use any sugar except I sprinkled cinnamon sugar on the top! Made for CQ2019

  4. I really like the subtlety of the cinnamon in this drink. I can taste it but it's not overwhelming the dark, strong coffee. I didn't add much sugar to the coffee or the whipped cream but there was a little bit in the cinnamon that I sprinkled on top and it was just right for me. Thanks momaphet! :)

  5. I bought full bodied decaf Colombian coffee for this recipe and used my Bialetti coffee maker to prep. Chose to use brown sugar to sweeten. This was delicious both hot and iced! Will make again soon! Was out of heavy cream (NO!) and made a sub with coconut cream. Worked! Prepared for CQ 2014.
