- Combine cocoa mix, instant coffee and boiling water; stir until coffee granules dissolve.

I cut the amount of ingredients by 2/3 when making this for my other half since I'm not usually for that much coffee in anything I eat or drink! I had just a regular cup of hot cocoa & we both enjoyed dunking homemade biscotti! [Tagged, made & reviewed in my theme Cocoa +1! in the current Comfort Cafe]
made for Comfort Cafe 2009. I agree with Chef, this is great for a morning coffee drink especially on these bitter cold days. I reduced this to 2 cups for moi. Added hazelnut creamer to it , my personal fave, and subtracted the whipped cream (from 1 cup). Will save this to make for those mornings I need an extra pick up or those evenings I get to laze about with a good book.
