Really lovely. At this posting it's January on the snow bound Canadian prairie and fresh citrus coast a large fortune at out local store in this tiny town. SO, I used 1/2 cup of bottled lime juice, 1/4 a cup of bottled lemon juice as a base. Put club soda in a glass and added the juice and Splenda (yes, Splenda) till I liked the taste, added some ice and throughly enjoyed it. No chemicals that you can't pronounce, just juice and fizz water (ok, the Splenda is chemical but I have to live with it). This will be wonderful when the heat comes around again.

I also halved the recipe, very easily. Now that its all gone, I wish that I had made the whole pitcher full, next time. This is so good tart, sweet, and fizzy. It is a very refreshing drink. It will be wonderful to serve while sitting on the deck in the heat of the summer. I couldn't find palm sugar, so I used finely diced sugar cane. It changed the colour to a light brown but tastes amazing. I will definitely be making this again and again. I absolutely love lemons and limes. Thanks so much for sharing Jewelies.
