- 2 1⁄4 cups dry biscuit mix (or amount described by mix)
- 2⁄3 cup milk (or amount described by mix)
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2⁄3 cup seedless raisin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
- Preheat oven to biscuit mix directions (most likely 450F).
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spread out and use biscuit cutter, or prepare as drop biscuits on a baking sheet.
- Place in oven when ready, and cook to biscuit mix directions. Will likely take an extra 5 minutes or so.
