ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup milk (water ok)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon (I use more)
- 1 cup nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds or a mix)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Put everything, except the vanilla and nuts, in a saucepan and cook to soft ball stage. Stir constantly.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts. Stir until well mixed.
- Turn out onto wax paper or silpat. Separate ones that are stuck together.
