ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 398 ml cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
directions
- Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt and pepper into meatballs.
- Mix sauce, vinegar, cranberry sauce, brown sugar, chili sauce and lemon juice in a bowl and pour over meatballs and cook at 350 for 1 hour.
