- 1 (350 ml) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups crispy rice cereal, oven-roasted
- 1 cup peanuts
directions
- Melt chocolate with the Eagle Brand.
- Remove from heat; stir in cereal and peanuts.
- Drop by small spoonfuls onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
- Store loosely covered, at room remperature.

Used the following quantities and got 84 clusters 395ml condensed milk, 460g chocolate melts, 1 1/3 cup of peanuts and just over 2 1/2 cups of rice bubbles. All up took about 45 minutes to cook and get them on the trays, a couple of times I had to put it back it on the stove to soften the chocolate to make it easier to work with. The DS took them to his adult recreation music day where they were enjoyed. Thank you Chef mariajane, made for New Kids On The Block. <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
