- Ready In:
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 4 cups hot brewed coffee
- 3⁄4 cup coffee liqueur
- sweetened whipped cream
- Bring chocolate and half and half to a boil in a large saucepan over medium heat stirring constantly; stir in coffee.
- Remove from heat; stir in liqueur.
- Serve with sweetened whipped cream.

Another 5 stars from me. I made this for breakfast and skipped the Kahlua but I know that it would be wonderful with it included. I also skipped the whipped cream garnish in a new years attempt at cutting back on the extras. Truthfully, even without the Kahlua and whipped cream this is still a rich creamy cup of goodness. I made a single cup and used fat free creamer for the half and half. The chocolate shines and the coffee gives an outstanding performance in a supporting role and that are an ideal team.
