Chipotle Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

- Ready In:
- 1 pumpkin (seeds, cleaned and rinsed)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder (optional, or other seasoning)
- Toss the pumpkin seeds in oil and chipotle chili powder.
- Place them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in a preheated 400F oven until golden brown, about 10-20 minutes. They may start to pop and that is ok.
