  • Measure sugar, salt, and black pepper into empty 48 ounce oil bottle.
  • Add vinegar.
  • Shake vigorously until sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Add 1/3 cup oil at a time, shaking vigorously until blended before adding next 1/3 cup oil.
  • Chill.
  • Shake well before serving with salad.
