DIRECTIONS

  • Boil chestnuts, remove skins.
  • Saute onions and ginger in oil, add chicken.
  • Add soy sauce, salt, sugar, wine and water, braise over medium heat till half done (about 15 minutes).
  • Add chestnuts, continue to braise until done.
