ingredients
- 1 cup dried garbanzo beans, soaked overnight
- 6 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
directions
- boil garbanzos for 15 minutes. preheat oven 400. rinse the chickpeas & let fully dry. line a pan with foil & spread the beans. bake 20 minutes, tossing twice.
- remove from oven, toss in oil & spice & salt & cool completely. i made madras curry from scratch but any kind of masala curry powder will be fine.
- when cool, return to oven & bake 15 minutes. remove & cool on paper towels.
- bake at your own risk. HIGHLY addictive :-).
