ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 lbs chicken wings, cut up
- 1 cup Paul Newman Salad Dressing (Balsamic Vinaigrette)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon hot sauce (Louisiana brand)

- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
directions
- For ease of preparation, I buy the chicken wings already cut up into drummettes and the other wing part, tip removed. Otherwise, buy them whole and cut them yourself. Rinse chicken, pat dry and place in large plastic bag.
- Whisk together all other ingredients and pour over chicken, seal, kneading bag to mix well into the chicken parts. Marinate 1-3 hours in refrigerator, remove and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
- Heat outdoor grill to 350°F
- Place wings on grill, cook about 15 minutes, turning once or twice. Remove from heat, transfer to serving platter. Let stand a few minutes, then enjoy!

In my backyard with my darling fur-grandchild, Lola who now lives in Denver with little "sister" Emmie and my daughter and son-in law. I live in Tulsa Oklahoma and I own a real estate management company. I love obviously, cooking! I also love to entertain, gardening, and hanging out on my deck with friends & a good glass of wine! My job consists of lots of problem solving & being creative and I think it relates well to the process of entertaining as well. What to cook, how to prepare, what's the most interesting presentation, etc??? My sister-in-law, another RecipeZaar chef is the consummate hostess & we have cooked many a fine dinner together! I love to watch Food Network & think Barefoot Contessa is great! Along with Giada De Laurentis & Paula Deen!
