Chicken Soup Casserole

"Not gourmet cuisine, but simple comfort food using two varieties of canned chicken soup teamed up with mayonnaise, chicken meat and a cracker crumb crust. I prefer to add additional white rice to mine."

  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 180 ml mayonnaise
  • 10 g chopped onions
  • 140 g shredded boiled chicken breasts
  • 110 g buttery round crackers, crushed

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, chicken soup, mayonnaise, onion and chicken meat. Mix together well. Pour mixture into a 10x10 inch casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle crushed cracker crumbs over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until it starts to bubble.
  • or if you wish to Microwave: Put in microwave for 20 minutes.
